At Mosmieri we see ourselves as a driving part of the fascinating nascent story of Georgia’s vinicultural comeback to the international market. As Georgia’s wine future is certainly not in mass production we position ourselves in the premium segment where class is what matters. We are dedicated to use only local grape varieties historically grown in the Georgian region of Kakheti.

Our winery is an integral part of a wine touristic chateau designed in Georgian traditional style with modern elements. It is situated within vineyards and sits on a gentle slope overlooking the beautiful Alazani Valley and facing the snow-capped mountain range of the Great Caucasus.  Apart from the wineries there is a large restaurant with bar for 250 persons, facilities for masterclasses (e.g. breadbaking in tone), a nice courtyard with cloister and fountain, a large lounge terrace, a watching tower, a wine store  with winetasting area and a spacious storage rooms in the basement. Next to the existing complex we will soon start building a hotel with 23 comfortable rooms and an outdoor swimmingpool.

Our brand is named Mosmieri. In old-Georgian language this word stands for a person who drinks and appreciates wine. Welcome to our club.

The Gazelle Fund LP invested US$ 600,000 in MANNA, the premium producer of high-quality tea products in Georgia. The company was founded in 2016 with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia and produces a full range of premium quality natural tea products. MANNA’s production facilities are located in the village Saguramo. The company is ISO certified and maintains an advanced food safety management system compliant with EU import requirements. The company produces a wide range of natural, organic, black, green, fruit and herbal teas under the brand name “MANNA” and exports to the EU, Russia, and Ukraine.

This investment positions MANNA to expand its local production capacity, increase its sourcing of locally grown tea, and further buildout its local workforce. Following this investment, the Company is better positioned to increase market share in Georgia, further displace imported tea products, and deepen export capacity to the EU, Ukraine, and Russia.

Gazelle Fund LP has invested $2,200,000 in Saniore Winemaking, a wine production facility with one of the largest vineyard acreages under ownership in Georgia.

Established in 2020, Saniore Winemaking is a wine producer with 65 hectares (161 acres) of its own vineyards and has the following grape varietals under cultivation: Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Shiraz and Cabernet. Saniore Winemaking produces all its wine in enamel/stainless steel tanks. Saniore Winemaking is located in the Napareuli micro zone and produces premium quality wines made from its vineyard. Saniore Winemaking sells its wine using the brand name “Sanavardo”.

This partnership with Gazelle Finance positions them to rapidly scale their production facilities so that they can build a world-class export platform for their brands.
