Gazelle Finance is delighted to announce that Miranda Kherkheulidze has been promoted to Managing Director!

Miranda joined Gazelle Finance in 2017 as one of the first employees to join the company following the close of Gazelle Fund I. She has played a critical role developing the asset manager’s fund administration, financial reporting, and credit and risk management systems. Miranda is a highly skilled corporate and alternative asset manager CFO, with a proven track record of leading the financial reporting, auditing, valuation, credit and risk management systems for a global asset management company following PE best practices and IFRS standards. She is part of the leadership team who led the process to meet the 2X Flagship Fund criteria, a prestigious distinction for female investment professionals in the global private equity marketplace. Over Miranda’s career she has excelled in a number of leadership positions with leading banks in Georgia, including TBC Bank, Bank Republic -Societe Generale, as well as serving as the CFO for a number of Georgian companies.

Miranda is well respected in the Georgian and international investment community, is an excellent colleague, a caring mother, and wonderful person.
